They do the best they can with what they have. I would suggest cleaning this lot out and put an 8 ft fence around it and a gated entrance then set it up with 1 and 2 BR senior housing units. *Or the obvious, die a slow real estate death.

This is by far the worst place to stay....even for just overnight. The electric going to the RV sites is sketchy at best. I was in a 30 amp spot and I was lucky is I was even getting 20 amps. And within the last week they had a 200 amp fuse blow out. Of course they had no spare fuses and a good majority of the park was without power for hours. The manager has no experience and I'm surprised she can even manage to get out of her own RV through all the junk. The restrooms and laundry room are never cleaned yet she claims she cleans them daily. They are higher in price than everyone else and you get much less. The owner needs to bring in a manager that has experience and willing to work. Please do not stay here. It's a waste of your money.

We were here for the Kenny Chesney concert and had the absolute best time! Great location, very close to everything. Very clean. The camp host Marsha was awesome! Very accommodating, did a great job keeping strangers out of the park. We had a great time talking and visiting with her and Martha! We will defiantly be back again!
